For over 30 years D&M Management LLC. has managed commercial and residential properties throughout North Idaho. Along with
SKE Realty Group LLC., we have been helping clients with their short and long-term goals in investment real estate. David and Mary Swarat founded D&M Management with a vision to care for every property like their own home. Kraig and Katie Kincheloe joined D&M Management in 2003 (David and Mary’s son-in-law and daughter) and have taken over the business with the same goals in mind. D&M Management manages over 400 commercial and residential units in North Idaho. We provide complete property management services to ensure that your investment is maintained in top condition.
