VERY busy office seeks exceptional administrative professional with the following skills:
- At least 2 years of computer classes or equivalent experience
- Excellent phone skills and experience answering & directing high volume multi-line phones
- Insanely detailed and organized
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Flexible at working a high-volume, multi-tasking position
- Professional and pleasant at all times, even under high-volume stress
- Ability to follow instructions easily and exactly
- Ability to manage projects & tasks independantly

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Company is located in Post Falls.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
