Background

David & Mary Swarat are a husband and wife team that has been in business for over thirty years selling real estate and managing commercial, multi-family and residential properties, both their own and clients. 

In 2003, D&M Management LLC became a family owned business when David & Mary's daughter Katie and her husband Kraig Kincheloe came into the business.

Currently, D&M Management LLC manages approximately 600 units throughout Kootenai County.  80% of these properties are residential and multi-family, with the remaining 20% in commercial, industrial and office properties.
